Here at ‘Koala North West’ we believe that working in partnership with parents and carers, is the best way to make positive and lasting changes to a child’s sleep pattern.
If bedtime and sleep is a problem for you and your family, our five week course could be something you could benefit from.
Each session will last for approximately 1.5 hours, and facilitated by one of our trained and accreditated sleep practitioners, who will offer support and guidance over the duration of the course.
Groups will be limited to ten people, where you will learn about sleep cycles, causes of sleep issues, sleep diaries and sleep foods. Gaining experience in establishing good bedtime routines, recognising and managing sleep problems, and dealing with night waking. You will get to meet parents and carers with similar concerns, sharing and benefiting from each other’s experiences.
