SEND & Sleep

At Koala North West, we understand that raising a child with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our SEND Support service is here to offer practical help, emotional support, and guidance for families.

We work alongside you to make sense of what can often feel like a complex and uncertain journey. Whether you are at the very start, have concerns about your child’s development, or are navigating assessments, education plans, or transitions, we provide clear, personalised support rooted in real experience and evidence based practice.

Our approach is relational and thoughtful. We take time to listen, to understand your child’s strengths as well as their needs, and to help you feel more confident in the decisions you are making. We know that every child is different, so our support is never one size fits all. Instead, we offer practical strategies you can use at home, informed guidance you can trust, and a steady presence when things feel challenging.

We also recognise the emotional impact on families. Alongside practical advice, we create space for reassurance, reflection, and honest conversation. Sometimes, having someone knowledgeable to talk things through with can make all the difference.

Our aim is simple. To help you feel clearer, more supported, and better equipped to advocate for your child, while ensuring their individual needs are understood and met in a way that allows them to thrive.
